By accessing the psg77 platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform at the time of your participation.
These Terms supersede all prior representations, warranties, and agreements between you and psg77 regarding the use of the platform. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific promotion or game rule, the more specific rule shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency, provided it does not conflict with any mandatory legal obligation.
If you access psg77 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. psg77 does not accept corporate accounts; all accounts must be held by natural persons aged 21 or above.
To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on psg77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
psg77 reserves the right to request eligibility documentation at any time during the life of an Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 calendar days of a request may result in Account suspension pending review.
Each individual may hold one active Account on psg77 at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and disqualification from any promotions.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your KTP, your date of birth, a valid personal email address, and your primary Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details. psg77 is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. psg77 will treat all activity conducted using your credentials as having been authorized by you, unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected security breach prior to the disputed activity occurring.
You must promptly notify psg77 of any changes to your registration information — in particular your bank account details — by contacting support at the email address listed in Clause 18. Account transfers to third parties are strictly prohibited.
psg77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. This process — referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification — requires you to submit the following documents:
KYC documents must be submitted through the secure document upload portal within your Account dashboard. psg77 will process KYC submissions within 3 business days. Accounts with pending or incomplete KYC are permitted to continue wagering but are not permitted to withdraw until verification is complete.
All deposits to psg77 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). psg77 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following deposit methods are currently supported:
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 20.000 per transaction. The maximum single transaction limit is Rp 100.000.000. Daily aggregate deposit limits may apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard.
Funds will be credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by psg77's payment system. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within 30 minutes of your confirmed bank transfer timestamp, you must contact support with your transfer receipt to initiate a trace. psg77 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure outside our direct control.
Deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit received from a third-party source will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Members who have completed KYC verification (see Clause 5). Withdrawal funds will be remitted exclusively to the bank account or e-wallet registered on the Account in the Member's own name — not to any third-party account.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Standard processing time is within 15 minutes for verified accounts during peak hours (09:00–21:00 WIB). Off-peak withdrawals are processed within 4 hours. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may vary by VIP tier.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
psg77 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee for standard bank transfer withdrawals. Your receiving bank may apply its own inter-bank transfer fees, for which psg77 accepts no responsibility. E-wallet providers may similarly apply their own transaction fees at their own discretion.
psg77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented within the platform.
All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be turned over in qualifying bets before any portion of the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the bonus validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. Members who have applied for self-exclusion, Members whose accounts are under compliance review, or Members who have previously abused promotional terms are not eligible to participate in bonus offers. psg77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
Any attempt to exploit psg77 bonuses through abnormal wagering patterns — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, bonus hunting across multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. psg77 reserves the right to void all associated Bonus Funds and winnings, suspend the Account, and report the conduct to relevant payment processors if fraud is identified.
psg77 reserves the right to modify, restrict, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn prior to a Member's completion of the wagering requirement, the Member will be entitled to withdraw any real-money balance in their Account in accordance with the standard withdrawal conditions set out in Clause 7, but Bonus Funds not yet converted through wagering will be forfeited.
All bets placed on psg77 — whether on sports markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, the UEFA Champions League, the FIFA World Cup, and e-sports), live casino games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, or any other product category — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that product, which are published within the relevant section of the platform.
A bet is not accepted and binding until psg77's system has confirmed acceptance and issued a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of technical failure at or before the point of confirmation, psg77 reserves the right to void the bet and return the staked amount to the Member's Account Balance.
psg77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that result from a manifest error — including but not limited to pricing errors, data feed failures, or typographical errors in event descriptions. The staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account in the event of a void, and no winnings will be paid on a voided bet.
Results for togel markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau, and any other listed markets) are determined exclusively by the official draw results published by the respective draw organization. In the event of any discrepancy between a result displayed on psg77 and the official published result, the official published result shall prevail. psg77 accepts no liability for delays in result publication caused by third-party draw organizations.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on psg77 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
All content published on psg77 — including but not limited to platform design, software, text, graphics, data, trademarks, logos, and game content — is the intellectual property of psg77 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any psg77 content without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of psg77's intellectual property may result in Account termination and civil or criminal action.
psg77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on psg77, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

During a compliance suspension, the Account Balance is held in trust pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes in the Member's favor, the Balance will be released within 5 business days. If the investigation reveals a breach of these Terms, the Balance may be partially or fully forfeited.
Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting psg77 support at the email address in Clause 18. Prior to closure, any remaining Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the Member's registered bank account or e-wallet, subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Clause 7.
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, psg77 and its officers, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

In the event of any dispute between you and psg77 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you must first submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] (plain text — not a mailto link), providing full details of the dispute including your Account username, the date of the disputed event, and the monetary amount in question. psg77 will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If you are not satisfied with psg77's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing body under whose jurisdiction psg77 operates. Details of the applicable licensing authority are available by written request to the support address in Clause 18.
psg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting deposit and withdrawal conditions, eligibility requirements, or wagering rules — psg77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice by posting a notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, by email to the registered address on your Account.
Your continued use of psg77 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using psg77 and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 14.2 before the effective date of the amendment.
